Been here a few times over the years. Unfortunately, they have failed me as a Diamond Member.
Stayed here for two nights and I checked in at the Diamond / Seven Star line (separate room). The guest service agent was very nice and I checked in with the roommate, Tupac. We had a combined play reservation and I was next to him at the check in counter and chatting it up with the girl.
Here is where it went wrong. The next day I decided that I wanted to change rooms because our current non smoking room has been smoked in and the smell was too strong for me. I can handle smoke in the casino's but for sleeping I can't and will not tolerate smoke smell. I even showered before sleeping after gambling all night.
That very morning I called the front desk Diamond guest service agent and they were kind enough to move us to another room. I went downstairs to get our keys and the lady working (who was doing her job) said I could not get the keys that my roommate (Tupac) had to come instead. I asked why and she said that I was not on the reservation. I was like Huh? That didn't make sense as when we made the reservation it was a combined play and I was next to him when we checked in. I even showed my Diamond Card and ID at that time. Then I realized the original guest service agent did not add my name (per say) and just put Mrs. I am not a Mrs. I'm a MS.
Anyway, I had to call Tupac to come down instead and we added my name again.
Overall, the casino needs better ventilation, the food court was good and I'm disappointed with the lack of service I received from the Diamond Club.
