  • Clifty Falls is a great state park. As other reviewers have noted the admission price is crazy, but the financial situation of Indiana state parks is big issue in the state. A quick Google search will confirm this sad fact. Unlike other state parks in Indiana most of the trails in this park are straight down and then straight back-up. Finding a long flat hike is not easy. More so than in any other Indiana state park hikers need to stay on the marked trails! People have gotten killed here! A quick search on the web showed that there were deaths in this park in 1962, 2010 and 2012. Please enjoy the park safely and come back alive!
