I have been to this dermatology practice before and they were fine, even good. This time, however, was a completely different experience. They send you like 4 reminders about your appointment. Its a little annoying. They email, they text-more than once. Anyway, needless to say I arrived on time. But I was kept waiting for 30 minutes. They took other people who arrived after me. So I went to the desk and asked how much longer. Turns out they skipped me by mistake. Once I was in the examining room it didn't go any better. The doctor's assistant asked why I was there. I thought it was kinda a weird question and asked her didn't she know why I was there? She then said, oh, let me get your paperwork. So it was just a lazy question--like I don't feel like getting your paperwork so I will just ask you. The rest of the appointment went equally as badly. I ended up no having the service done I had scheduled and waited two months to come see the doctor for. Instead I am going to see a different doctor. Dr. Kim is very nice and the practice is generally good, maybe a little aggressive in their approach. Not every dark spot is cancer and needs to be cut off. However, some people believe that is the right approach. If so, this is the place for you.
