Worst experience. Head guy Edgar is Nasty mean. Twice he has come up to me and tried to intimidate me. First when I was waiting for my sales guy that I spoke to on the phone a felt obligated to work with and second when I was in finance. He Not only Talked down to me he also threatened me. He stood over me (he's big and tall like a linebacker) and told me not to talk I needed to listen. I told him that I was given wrong information he told me to stop talking... in his loud threatening voice. I tried to explain that's why I was back for the third time in two days.
Both finance people Fernando and the girl told me the extended warranty could be returned at any time no exceptions. He asks me why I was returning it. I told him I looked it up and saw terrible reviews on how the work was not being done under the warranty. He got anger and told me what a terrible person I was and stood over me and yelled. He told me I won't allowed to talk unless I was calm but he wasn't. He's a mean, nasty man that gets off by intimidation.
I also told him I called in advance and the girl that answered said yes I could return the extended warranty and come down. He said it must have been a sales person. He takes no responsibility for the wrong information his people provide. He uses intimidation tactics instead of at least on me and i'm 100 pounds and little. He talked down to me to make me feel bad...
They use no business cards he wouldn't give me his name I had ask someone. He told me I was mean to the people that sold me the car. Anthony was great and I was supposed to write him a review but I can't recommend this place to anyone with the guy in charge that has Anger issues, Temper issues, Talks down to woman, and Intimidation it all leads to bad things.
Edgar is a bad guy and if he's in charge and works for the owner Steve Doeser and he don't know what kind of guy he hired I feel sorry.
I wanted to buy a car for my son but, after the issue with trying to return the extended warranty and the run in with Edgar I won't be going back.
I TELL ALL OF YOU THAT NOT ONLY IS IT BAD THE PRICE WE AGREED UPON THEY DID NOT HONOR. THEY SIGNED THE FORM AND THEN DID NOT HONOR IT. THEIR FEES ARE HIGH AND THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS CRAP AND NO YOU CAN'T RETURN IT RIGHT AWAY IT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO GET THE NUMBER AND ANOTHER 8 WEEKS FOR THE BANK TO PROCESS.
Everyone there is in their twenties right out of high school and they are not trained properly and I can tell they are scared of Edgar. They don't even know his last name and he's their boss.
