  • When my windshield was destroyed yesterday, a family member said, "Call Safelite!" I did, and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She first quoted me a really terrible price, then said I needed to drive to another city (30-40 minutes from me) to get my glass replaced! I asked her if there was anything closer, because that was so far from me, or if they could come out to me like they advertise, but she said, "No, only Henderson." Then she had the audacity to tell me that her computer says that location is only a few miles from me! Seriously? Like I don't know where I live? I live on the complete opposite side of town. I said thanks, but no thanks. Her extreme lack of courtesy and customer service assured that I will never use this company.
