  • Jessie in customer service is why I remain loyal to this store. They consistently goes over and above my expectations when ever I rent carpet cleaners. I recently dropped my credit card and they found it looked the number up and she contacted me to let me know the card was safe and I could pick it up at the store. To answer what your thinking... no, I'm not a boyfriend, relative, friend of a friend, etc. I'm just giving credit where its due.
