  • Over the past year this EWC has really changed for the worse, prices went up and service quality went down. During my last, and final, visit the front office staff were lamenting about how terrible their jobs were in front of clients. Really unprofessional. The waxer I saw wasn't thorough, rushed, and the rooms and floors were dirty. I don't know what has happened here between now and this time last year, but I've switched to seeing a private esthetician.
