I've been a customer of theirs since 2010, after switching from Cox cable. This summer i experienced my first of two waves of the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I have called 4 times to schedule an install at my new house and they keep telling me to call back. Meanwhile Cox cable is knocking on my door telling me they can install in 2 days. Why am I begging centurylink ? They obviously do not care about their long time customers. I would sign a 15 year contract if they let me !! But they don't even want to install it.
