  • What a letdown. Purchased a Groupon for my stepmom for Mother's Day. I was excited to see decent reviews and Pam is right around the corner from my parents. They're busy people since they run their own business. The summer is their peak season so my stepmom wasn't able to use the gift certificate until months after. Long story short, from my initial interaction with Pam, she was very rude and curt. No warmth or empathy in her tone whatsoever. I asked her if she could provide a specific manicure--my stepmom prefers a gel nail built/sculpted on top of her real nail and Pam was incredibly short when I called to ask. She answered the phone as though I had woken her and then proceeded to cut me off and acted like I was such an inconveniece. Unfortunately I had already purchased the certificate out of excitement, hoping that I had found a new nail tech for my stepmom so it was too late to back out. My stepmom agreed with my assessment of the "business" and Pam after she had used the certificate.
