  • Ditto on horrible customer service. called them this am and held for 20 minutes to file a warranty claim. after talking with them they were supposed to call me back which never happened. I called them this aft and held again for 15 minutes- was then told that I have to call their warranty company to set it up- what a joke. I am on hold again. crazy too bad you can not give zero stars
