rev:text	First I call and this girl named Kat couldn't identify popular new racket out and even claimed she looked saying wasn't in stock, she didn't sound believable so I went anyways and there were 3 head tours, she can't string rackets, she charged me 40$ for 250$ product which I woulda kept since no card or proof on file but I've got morals and went and payed in full, then call me asking if I returned demos, 2 months after returning them?! The "lol" isn't joking. Not saying she's not a hard worker but she doesn't care about tennis enough to be working at a shop. I would've killed for that job years ago and they give it to her?! She's hott so I'm sure that's why she has a job, but not the smartest and about a 1/10 in tennis knowledge, go work somewhere else ur hurting their business. She messed up on me 4 different occurrences I can't imagine what happens regularly. I went and bought my other 3 rackets from Scottsdale which is further but I didn't trust her being capable.
