  • I took my Maserati here three times. The first time I took it there I was told it would take 2 days and it ended up taking a week. I decided to give them a third chance and took it here. I was told it would take about a week and it ended up being two weeks with nothing even done to my car. They never bother to call their customers to update them and the communication is horrible. All I ever heard was excuses from this place. I ended up taking my body kit that they were going to install to another place. When the other place looked at it, they started laughing at what a horrible job was done on painting. The whole body kit has to be sanded, painted and properly finished and fitted now. The easiest thing I had on my list for them to do, they didn't even finish. I simply wanted them to connect a wire for my radar detector to come on automatically and they didn't even do that. I rented a car which ended up costing me almost $1,000. I basically paid $1,000 for my Maserati to sit at their shop and have absolutely nothing done on it for 2 weeks.
