| - Even though I no longer live in this state, when I visit home I would never go here to have my nails done again. I stopped in this afternoon after a trip to the mall with friends to get French tips. There were no other customers at that point, so I was helped immediately, but everyone in the place seemed annoyed by my presence. It was a "how dare you disturb us" vibe. I should have left right then and there, but I stayed because the price was reasonable and I was already there. Oh, how I wish I hadn't. I had a male technician, and he was more concerned with drinking his Starbucks than he was with doing my nails. He stopped every few minutes to drink and chat with the other employees. They all seem to be more concerned with jabbering amongst themselves in their native language than they are in giving quality service. Had he been doing a good job, I wouldn't have minded, but this is the worst French manicure I've ever had. I told him multiple times that he needed to shorten them and not once did he listen or pay attention. As you can see in the photos, they don't even look normal, and I was left with clear coat residue around my nails because he did such a sloppy job. I was so embarrassed after I left that I stopped at a Walmart on the way back to my parent's house and purchased tools to file my nails down myself. They'll do for now, but I cannot wait to go back to my regular salon in Malibu. Avoid this place at all costs.
