  • I called my home warranty company and this is the company they sent out. My heater just wasn't turning on. Steven came out, he was very professional and friendly. It turned out it was just a fuse that blew, as soon as he change it, the heat turned right on. Steven gets bonus points because I asked for a favor and he obliged. The heater vent rattled something crazy when the air/heat was blowing so he tweaked it for me. He didn't have to do it but I appreciate him so for doing it.
