don't let the exterior fool you, yes they've been updated but kind of in a cheapy way...still makes you feel like you're not living in a typical apartment but I am grateful I'm just a renter! All of the units are privately owned and managed individually by the owners/management companies. I heard they used to be an apartment complex built in the 60's and then they caught on fire and were rebuilt and now have been converted into condos for purchase...interesting concept a little small but whatever makes you happy. The grounds are maintained well and it's a good mix of people, the pools are nice and the workout rooms aren't too shabby either, wish the hours were a little more flexible but I can't complain, it's still free!
