I placed an order of 6 items over 2 months ago and kept getting one delay after another from customer service at Frontgage. Quite ridiculous. Frontgate should have better control over their suppliers. My recent experience in ordering items for the house and pool, have been the worse experience ever in dealing with Frontgate over the last 10 years. Clearly the company is being mismanaged and the owners just don't care like they use to. Next time I get a catalog in the mail, it's going in the trash.
