i would never ever ever spend money at this dealership again. avoid it at all cost if you can. i came into this location and asked to them check my car since it was (jerking/shuddering/hesitation) when accelerating since it was a safety concern for my life when driving.the service department took my car for 3 days to "check" and did not fix anything. wtf do you need the car for 3 days if you did'nt fix anything?
furthermore, i brought the car back two more times because of the problem. i even called to speak to the owner mr.o, but he was not in so i left a voice message and then asked to speak to the general sales manager steve. i called and stated my concerns for my safety driving the car. overall he was no help and did'nt care to be that concerned about the car shuddering problem.
it's not my fault they sold me a fucked up car, so i asked could they put me in another lease since the car is having these problems and i have a warranty. they still we're going to make me pay for the car i was giving back to them since it was having these issues, offering me to roll the debt over into another lease when it's again not my fault they sold me a fucked up car!
this is just an unfortunate situation for me since i am still paying on a car that i am not going to drive due to the way the car is performing now. the auto service department stated that it's "normal" for my car to hesiate/jerk when taking off. and they said they reason my car is doing that is because i have my air on in the car and the vegas heat. that's the stupidest shit i heard.
my father works for ford and he even said that makes no sense. when i first got the car i had the air on and it didn't have any problem taking off. the service department drove my car and felt the jerking of the car as well. but again they said it's "normal"!
so i asked could you just look at the car because something is wrong with it. the guy said the machine he hooked the car up to said nothing is wrong with the car, and he's going by what the "machine" said. everyone knows just because the machine said nothing is wrong with it doesn't mean the machine is right. many times those machines cant pick up everything! even more, to make a point i asked to drive the same car to see if the problem i was having is "normal" as they say, and the same car drove different then the one i have. still, nothing even when i compared the cars performance.
after i am still advocating for myself strongly about the safety i lack in the vehicle, they did nothing. so i guess i have to wait until the "machine" can pick up the problem. when it probably do show up my warranty will probably be up and they would want me to pay them to fix the problem i told them about in the first place when it was under warranty. it's all about them cheating customers out of their money at friendly ford.
remind you i could have been in multiply accidents because the car wouldn't take off. if i'm in an accident because of the car wouldn't take off i will sue the manufacturers or dealership for not fixing the problem or properly diagnosing the problem when i came inside the place 3 times for the issue, and only gave me paperwork one time probably to cover their ass.
i am going to filing a complaint with the state attorney general (department of public safety) and also the better business bureau. and fyi while i was online doing research and i saw that a class action lawsuit against ford motor company of selling ford focus and ford fiesta vehicles with malfunctioning transmissions.
