  • I've been going to Pet Valu for a while now - since I moved into the Yonge & Eg area, and I have to say that I've never experienced what the reviewer below did. The sales associates have been more than friendly, and remember my dog's name (Winston). Most of all, they go above and beyond when I'm looking for a particular product or brand. Recently I needed to get my dog some more food because he had eaten the last of it the day before (big mistake on my part), and I went to Pet Valu but they had sold out. The sales associate let me know when the next shipment was coming in and then found sales packages of the same food and at no cost provided those to me. I put 100% trust in that location of Pet Valu and their dedication to animals!
