I like the gym but when it comes to cancelling a membership and Personal training contracts, they are very inconsiderate people. Even with health problems, the online customer service agent told me that they will have to decide whether or not they will cancel these services. I would definitely say STAY AWAY! Instead of being a gym that promotes health and fitness, they would rather watch me collapse on the floor! No biggie as long as they get their money. I would recommend people to support smaller gyms and give them business because Goodlife is too big to care.
