  • Went back for a shellac manicure as mine fell off my nails in 2 days. Jenny sent me a text asking me to come back and she would re-do it for no charge. Well, today she tells me I have to pay for the manicure. I showed her the text and she didn't believe it, she called my number as I am sitting there. Still tells me I have to pay for a manicure. While sitting there I have to be interrupted by her kids. I was watching the tv and the youngest turns on the WII. Total disregard for the customers. Not a relaxing atmosphere.
