Went once before and I would have given it 4 stars - mostly because I like live music. Now it does not even deserve 1 star...why? The owners need to go to customer service 101 - schmooze school.
We had a groupon (paid 20 for $40). We came in on Valentines Day and our fault for not reading the certificate, but it was not valid on holidays. We asked for the owners (mostly because we have friends who say they are great) but Frank would not even give us the time of day. He just said - sorry no coupons. All we asked for was the $20 to be applied (not even the $40) because the $40 was going to expire. Also our bill was over $100 so it is not like we tried to just spend $40. He just said we could come in another time to use the $20 as he walked away. Really? I do not think it was the fact he would not take the $20 - it was the that he could not give us 5 mins with eye contact. Make a joke, schmooze a little, make me want to come back to spend the $20.....you are the owner!
We will not be back - but on a positive note, that is one less restaurant I worry about dropping over $100 each time we go!
