  • I am updating my review because to my heartbreak my 13 yr old Italian greyhound had to be put to rest. I knew the ONLY vet I would be using is Dr Melanie & staff. 2 years ago I lost my best kitty friend of many many years and Dr Melanie was SO AMAZING & COMPASSIONATE . THIS time was no different so caring they are so sincere & explain everything and handled my baby with such care . I AM TRULY GRATEFUL TO YOU!!! AGAIN HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION . I also received a sympathy card from the office too!! THE BEST !!! HERE IS MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: I wanted to post my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION and above all my sincere gratitude for the way both Dr Lowrance & Dr Amanda Varney helped my daughter & I through one of the most devastating & difficult decisions in my life, which was putting to rest my dearest most cherished 14 yr old cat /constant companion "Purana Muroo". Because of the immense love Muroo & I have shared I was a complete wreck & from the moment these incredible women came into my home they treated myself,my daughter and most importantly my Muroo with complete compassion,empathy,gentle touch, tender voices & yet were professional. They have perfected the art of being able to inform and prepare (as much as one can be) of each step, yet they also watched me closely for what I may have needed from them from moment to moment. They could not have been more respectful and loving toward my sweet fur baby. I am so greatful for you ladies & words cannot express this, but I wanted to make sure I convey this to both of you and also to let anyone else who may have to face the difficult decision to know I am a very picky individual & I couldn't have asked for anything to have went better I have nothing but praises for the Dr's .
