To be honest, my first experience with Chapman at their new location was not great. I had made a reservation and was subsequently ignored by that person (Dave) for about twenty minutes. Another person, Bob, decided he was now going to help me. He got my my oil changed but never followed up about another issue, even after a follow up email by me.
I guess it just depends on who is helping you, because recently I worked with Bill Wardingley. Bill went out of his way to help get my Jeep taken care of. He kept me informed all along the way. When an optional repair that I requested was taking longer than expected, he was very apologetic and offered me a rental car. It was not required or necessary, but really showed me that he was trying to do the right thing. He also went to bat for me regarding my warranty. I would recommend Bill if you need service. He is honest and gets the job done. I will be back, but will only be working with him from now on.
