  • Horrible customer service experience with this location. I ordered a box of white chocolate covered strawberries as a gift, my friend's favorite. To her surprise when she opened the box that night, there were 12 dark chocolate dipped strawberries. Even though the sticker label on front clearly said white chocolate! Called the next day, they didn't apologize or anything but agreed to re-do it and waive the delivery fee. Okay fine, mistakes happen. But then when the second box was delivered, they were so thinly coated, you could see the strawberries. They were barely coated! And the strawberries were soggy and small! I was so disappointed, especially after the first mess up, all I wanted to do was surprise my friend with a nice gift. What bothered me the most was the complete lack of customer service. Will not order again.
