  • I was referred to Ace In the Hole Plumbing by my home warranty company, Old Republic. They was supposed to contact me the next business day but 2 business days later, I still hadn't heard from them and had to make the call myself. The gentleman who answered the phone was less than professional. I explained my problem and he said a plumber would be out with a new faucet which is the part that I needed replaced. When the time for the appointment came, the plumber was over an hour late and rude. On top of that, he didn't come with a faucet...the only thing I needed replaced and said he would have to come back another day. After all that had happened, I had Old Republic schedule our repair with another company. I definitely wouldn't recommend Ace In the Hole Plumbing to anyone.
