  • Two stars because I like their merchandise. I've been to this location a few times. Some things are a little pricey but you find stuff in here that you could otherwise only buy online. -2 stars to the rude operator who answered the phone this morning. Don't be rude and cut me off while I'm speaking just because I'm not entirely sure what department I need to be transferred to. If I called Walmart or Target I automatically know I have to ask for the sports department. But when you call an all sports store what department do you ask for? Yeah that's where I was stuck for a minute and the lady who answered made sure to make me feel dumb. Thanks DICKS Sporting Goods! Well when I got transferred to the right department the guy who answered was SUPER helpful and nice. They didn't have the product in stock, but he apologized and asked if he can help me with anything else. Another star for the Yelp review thanks to him. (:
