  • I have always had a very good experience at this Lush location! The staff is very helpful and I appreciate their input. The thing that has caused me to remain loyal exclusively to this location in particular is the first time I tried their Henna hair dye. If you know anything about this product, you know that it's a little bit confusing to use... the whole ordeal is quite the production! You have to heat it up, basically like baking chocolate, wrap your head, and keep the dye on there for hours! My first time using this I was (understandably) a little wary... the staff was so kind and knowledgeable and they actually offered to apply it for me since i had never worked with it before! They not only applied it, but they taught me how to use it in the future I was surprised and grateful for their high level of customer service and I always look forward to popping by, smelling the delicious smells, and checking out what is new!
