  • I want to say Daymond was a true gentleman, my first experience was unpleasant, but he made it great. He shown me the true meaning of great customer service. I was next door checking on something else and he walked over to apologies about my experiences with one of his technician. He made me feel like I matter and my car. He talk to me asking me what was wrong with my car and walk me through everything. He didn't talk to me like I was stupid. The staff came out and introduce their selves to me and assumed me I will be taking care of. We all have our bad days but this group of people made mines much better. And I really love Zaida
