  • I called to ask if i can be helped as soon as i got there and was told yes, i explained what i need to get done, when i walked in waited for 2 hours before i reminded them that i needed a polish change, this is after 3 people who walked in after me had been serviced already, then i finally got my polish change which, who ever was doing it clearly had no idea how to do one...and finally got my nail fixed 3 hours later
