OMG, I called the hospital this morning to have my grandson talk to my brother who lives with me and was told by the receptionist that he was "discharged" even though he had surgery late last evening. I had no car to go to the hospital to find him, he wasn't answering his cell phone. I called my sister at work, we couldn't figure out where he would have went and why discharged after just having surgery. I waited two hours and called back asking to talk to the nurses station that had him and was told by a different operator that he was NOT discharged. Can you imagine not know what happened to a family member for over two hours? I spoke with his nurse, was assured he was indeed in the hospital. But I tried to call customer service department and had to leave messages and no return call. Seriously? He was discharged? I almost had a heart attack worrying where he was, what happened to him. See what one person can do for a place of business? I will tell everyone my experience here.
