| - Alright I will start from the beginning.
I purchased a ring and a care plan for the ring in November 2015, it was on sale and received the ring with no care plan in 11/2015. It was more beautiful than in the picture. However, I was more worried about not receiving the care plan in case something happens to the ring. So I went to put it on it was more snug than I would like (it doesn't help my hands swell up from time to time either)
So I immediately take it to the nearest jcp, and spoke with a man named Jeremy. Let me say this upfront, He is the utmost respectful and kind young man. He is very informative and very thorough in what he does. I spoke with him concerning the size of my ring and the concern of not receiving my care plan in the mail upon the arrival of my ring. He went the extra mile to call in for the care plan information and ID specific to my plan. And in the end was able to send my ring off for resizing.:) the story doesn't end there.
My receipt said 12/14/15 for my ring come back to the store after resizing (word that however) I call on 12/14/15 to see if my ring is in and to no avail it was not. The following Tuesday I receive a call stating my ring has arrived 12/18/15. so I go into the store and ask for my ring, (and at this time it wasn't Jeremy assisting me it was another lady who was absolutely rude and made me feel like I was interrupting her or bothering her if you will) she said well I see that they sent your ring back because there was no care plan. So now we have to send it to a local jeweler to resize it.
And I gave her the rundown all that Jeremy had to do (as I'm taking she's shaking her head) in order for it to be sent for resizing, she said nope that's what you need to do call this 1-800 number and they will send you your CP.
at this time, as a customer (which I also work in customer service) I felt pushed off and not taken very seriously. I understand it was the season and we can be tired of dealing with people but I promise you I was as nice as could be. I'm not the type to yell or shout or disrespect those servicing me as a customer. So I said wow okay, thank you have a nice day. Today is January 7,2016. I called inquiring if my ring has returned from the local jeweler and the woman who kindly answered said yes ma'am it arrived 01/05/16.
To wrap this up, I never received a call my ring arrived, my ring looks like it is dented along the band where it was obviously heated and stretched. I have never had such poor, rude, crap for service from a JCP ever. JCP is always about customer service and urgency. This location has been nothing but a huge hassle. I never asked to speak with a manager Bc it makes me feel so mean and uncomfortable. But I will leave this extremely long thorough review on how poor your service is at this location. Except Jeremy. You're freaking awesome Jeremy for doing all that you did and informing me of everything and being so respectful. As far as this location.... All the doragative names I could think of still wouldn't be enough to describe how crappy yalls customer service is.
