rev:text	I haven't had a chance to write this review.... here we go. My girlfriend and I came in the beginning of January for our monthly eyebrow wax, lip wax, and Brazilian for me. We had had a wonderful experience the first time we came and so i decided to buy us each wax passes (one eyebrow for me one for my girl, one lip for me, one for my girl, and a Brazilian pass for me). SHEENA did our waxes. The first time she was amazing this time though.... she seemed like she was rushing. She messed both of our eyebrows up. And left hair on both our lips. My Brazilian was another story. She tried to get the hair as best as she could. However, my skin is very sensitive and she over waxed me. I wound up getting horrible ingrown hairs more then I ever have. I have had this Brazilian many times. I get out of my wax, and they inform me that the receptionist charged me for 3 eyebrow passes. Ok I gave them a break. We used the money to pay for my Brazilian pass. I had the ladies update my profile with my new phone number. Needless to say after I got home i realized it was not the experience I was expecting and I called asking to speak to the manager. They input a complaint request for me. I received an email a couple of days later stating that the number that was on my file was not ringing through. So I emailed her back my correct number. I travel for work... so I don't know if the manager attempted to call, but no voicemail was ever received. I am unhappy no one has reached out to resolve this issue, and all I want is my money back.
