  • If you want your glasses in a timely manner, this is not your place. The staff is friendly enough but apologies can only get you so far. After glasses taking 4 weeks on what was supposed to be 10 business days, the prescription was wrong. Another "10 business days later" and then some and the glasses are still not ready. Geesh. Original order date was mid-February. We are about to enter MAY.
