  • I might have given a better review, had I not had such a mediocre phone experience with them and had actually gone in! The man who answered the phone seemed tired and as though he was indifferent about whether or not I gave them my business for a windshield repair. He didn't even say goodbye; he just hung up. I then called TECHNA GLASS and the girl who helped me, Kirsten, was amazing and gave me wonderful customer service!! They replaced my windshield a few hours later, whereas Team Acme wanted to do it the next day. I have worked in customer service for over 7 years and I know that the customer is above everything.
