  • I called the shop and described an issue I was having with my amp and the gentleman gave me some troubleshooting steps to try before bringing it in. Needless to say it fixed my issue! A lot of places would have let me bring my amp in and charged me when it was not needed. Kudos to this business and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
