  • Most unpleasant unprofessional experience with a small business I have ever had. Instead of calling me and understanding my extremely negative experience the manager / owner texts me that he's going to overcharge me & threatens to give my clothes to the Goodwill. I don't believe he will take responsibility for anything. He even took the time to , google my name and comment on an irrelevant negative review written from 6 years ago. It's so crazy I wish I was making this stuff up. I took screen shots and have saved them to this post. Having a sick baby & a hurt foot I decided to give these guys a try. The delivery option seemed like a great idea. I'm sure the owner will try and dispute these facts... I put the order in on April 26th. I needed the clothes for a meeting on the 30th. Day 1 - They showed up VERY late to pick up my laundry and for a while were not responsive when I called to ask how long they would be. -On the phone asked when ALL my laundry would be complete and they gave me a 2 day turnaround timeframe. Which is also mentioned on their website in many different places. 4 DAYS LATER I called many times and couldn't get though. I also texted and never heard back from anyone. Until three days later (Monday.) Day 5 Via text I was told that all my laundry was going to be delivered by 4... No clothes come. My clothes weren't available for my meeting. Day 6 I was told only wash and fold laundry was ready and the other laundry for my nice shirts would done the next day but they would waive the double delivery fee... At this point as a small business owner myself I begin to question if I'm actually going to get my clothes. Day 7 I am told their policy is I need to pay up front for my laundry. Since I have had such a terrible experience and they have been so non responsive I ask if I can pay half up front and half when I get my clothes. I'm told that not possible so I ask to speak to a manager... Day 8 I pay the fee, the owner doesn't know I've paid yet I guess... I get a text from the owner / manager now threatening me to pay and personally attacking an irrelevant negative review from 6 years ago . Never once did I get an apology from their lack of responsiveness / communication issues that were happening over the prior 8 days. With so many options.... I will never use One Click Cleaners and I hope you don't either!!!
