This is my "home" Starbucks location and I love it! The staff is always friendly and upbeat and most of them remember my name and my favorite drink order. There are quite a few tables next to outlets for working on a laptop/tablet and the typical large table in the middle for larger groups to hang out. A couple of comfy lounge chairs grace one corner for those pursuing their reading career.
The location is great and is typically really busy. With the amount of new homes being built in this area, it will only get busier.
I've rarely had an issue with any of my drinks and, if I do, they take care of it without question (as expected).
The Wi-Fi is free, but it's also slow (1.5Mbps) so don't expect to be streaming video too much. The great thing is that there is a cell tower (hidden in the flagpole) in the parking lot so if you have a great data plan, you can always hotspot your laptop/tablet and get speeds upwards of 35Mbps.
The drive-thru is long enough to support the morning rush, but I've found that it's quicker to go inside if the drive-thru is packed. When you're on your way to work the last thing you want is to get out of your vehicle, but it's well worth saving 5-10 minutes.
Outside, there are plenty of tables/chairs with a couple of umbrellas. The drive-thru wraps around the outside seating, so it can get loud from time-to-time.
There is also a Subway and Roberto's next door if you're aching for lunch.
