| - This is an airport hotel, so I am basing my review on that fact. It is a 4 star airport hotel, not a 4 star hotel in general. It is more like a 2.5 star 'regular' hotel. I am a Starwood Preferred Guest, so we were able to park easily in the SPG parking area. The check-in process was a breeze and the staff members were friendly. I had requested an early check-in and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. I did not see a bellman to assist guests with their luggage. The room was fairly small, but was fine because we did not plan on spending any time in there. The one thing I found very odd was that the window was TINY, so the room ended up being very dark. Super thin walls, we could hear our neighbors' conversation without even trying (this happened to be other people we knew, so we laughed when we heard them inquiring about when we would be ready to go). The bathroom was standard and included a small makeup mirror, which I liked. The room was mostly clean, but there were some stains on the floor and bed linens, which grossed me out. The bed was super comfortable and I kept referring to it as "the cloud" and saying I did not want to leave the cloud. The room was hot and while we technically had the ability to adjust the temperature, I did not feel as if changing the thermostat actually did anything. We slept too late to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but they do offer that for you early risers!
