  • First off, considering the ubiquitous peameal bacon sandwiches, you really couldn't give a lower than 4 star rating could you??? Lots of specialty butchers, cheesemongers, a farmers market, etc. When the weather is nice, there are lots of arts and crafts vendors outside too. A few good local restaurants on the streets surrounding it, although big chains are starting to encroach (Spring Rolls, Jack Astors, etc). Year-round it's a great way to spend a Saturday, but it's doubly nice during the warmer months.
