Absolutely deplorable customer service.
We have been told "your filters are being shipped" THREE TIMES and have received a call later asking "What model is you CPAP?"
How on earth can an organization that's supposedly certified with the state to be a medical provider be THAT disorganized?
How can you say that something is being shipped and not know what you need to ship?
HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN THREE
DIFFERENT
TIMES?????
Whether their business model is "shut up the person on the phone who isn't buying a new machine" or "pass the buck and blame Tibor because you can't do your job", this office is severely broken.
They've used up all the slack we're willing to cut them.
