  • I've tried several ramen bars in Calgary but Jinya is the best one for me!! They have excellent customer service. We ordered their Jinya Tonkotsu Black and Premium Tonkotsu White and both were very rich in flavor, not too salty. However, I feel like the servings were so small (or maybe we were just hungry that time). The good thing is that you can ask for additional noodles for $3. I would also recommend their Jinya buns. I think it's $4 each but totally worth it!!
