  • Holy shit. My first mistake was going to a place in a mall. My second mistake was staying for the service after the loudmouth girl in the front literally yelled to the back to announce Tracy or Jill or whatever her name was, that someone wanted her nails done. After starting my pedicure, everything seemed okay despite a little attitude. I go to the front for my manicure where I got scoffed at with the design of a flower I wanted. I don't know man, I was feeling fancy today. I told her never mind on the design and I'd stick with just the color I chose. I'm from NYC and I guess I'm used to the nail art they're capable of doing there. She starts by giving me the most abrasive filing of my life. Cool, now that my nails are complete ripped to shreds, let's paint them! After placing two phone calls on her personal phone and sending an email, she tells me to wash my hands. I sit back down to have her start painting my nails with... Wait? A completely different color than I had chosen. "Is this the color I chose?" "Yes" "no it's not. This is completely different." After a continued conversation about how I was getting a totally different color on my nails than I had asked for, she proceeds to grab the swatches and ask others opinions. At this point, the loudmouth girl in the front is now getting her own nails done and yelling for everyone in the back anytime a customer walked in. Just wanted to keep you in check as to what she was doing. The woman doing my nails brings the swatches over where we compare the clear difference between the Barbie pink on my nails and the original ivory I chose. This is when she tries convincing me how pretty the color on my nails is. Okay, cool Tracy Jill. By the end of this wonderful experience, I was charged a whopping $68 and annoyance. Which, for the record, is more than I have EVER paid in NYC for the same services. Don't go. Just don't go.
