  • Our association uses this company for gate access and it is not good! Prior to Innovation access we had a working gate system. Innovation sold the board on replacing the system with a proximity system. It would not work for most of the community. Their counter was it won't work because our gate entrance is too wide! - Wouldn't you think they would advise the board/community of that BEFORE it was purchased and installed. The board asked them to remove it and install an normal radio remote system like we had previously. They did and it too doesn't work most of the time either! These guys don't know what their doing - highly recommend using someone else if your considering them for gate access work.
