  • Vacated property in an immaculate condition. Voluntarily performed approximately $1000 of repairs and upgrades improving the property at no charge to the owner. This place was 5 times cleaner than when we took occupancy. Was not allowed to be present for a vacating sign off. Property inspection 1- 30 days after vacating. Was charged over $600 against security deposit totally unjustified. I guess the Total in there name means you will get Totally taken advantage of. Not recommended.
