  • Joe & the DG Realty team represented me when I purchased my home. I consider Joe the King of Negotiation. My appraisal came in $9,000 short and I was getting about that in seller paid closing costs. Somehow, Joe managed to get the seller to reduce the sales price to appraised value AND he saved my closing costs! Not a small feat by any measure... especially considering the market. I refer this team to everyone I know because I know they will receive top notch service and representation. Thanks DG Realty!
