  • I've been going to Fallout Games since they had only the one location in North Phoenix off Bell. When I first found them, I could not believe the selection of older games they had. I would drive out there from East Mesa all the time just to get the titles I wanted. When the Tempe location opened, I was beyond thrilled and that became my go-to for anything gaming related. As far as customer service is concerned, I can definitely see how some people might feel that they are a bit lacking. However, it's completely understandable. The lines are long and the customers can be a little difficult from what I've observed. Each customer is given one-on-one service but it does take a while if there are a lot of people. Everyone has questions and the guys behind the counter do their absolute best to deal with these time-consuming inquiries. I do not envy their job. The customers can also be the most arrogant bastards, too. God, some of these attitudes I've seen. Seriously. So if I get up to the counter and the employee isn't smiling or seems a little rushed, I don't ever take it personally. They've had a day, I'm sure. Fortunately, that's only happened once and on every other occasion I've been met with a friendly greeting and attentive service. This place is great, the prices are awesome, and they carry titles you won't find in person. It's like e-Bay but tangible. I will never go anywhere else for my gaming needs.
