The outside is pretty but the inside is rotten in many ways. Developer must have cut corners towards the end because many things don't work. Appliances break, garage is down half the time, elevators aren't programmed right, and the hot water doesn't last. The residents are also a big area of concern. 90% are working professionals; the other 10% ruin the place. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, cops get called, and the indoor basketball court was ruined when someone broke a sprinkler head with a basketball. Worst part, managers don't know what they are doing. Every month the amount you owe suddenly changes and despite physical proof that we don't, they keep saying we owe more. Nearly 700 dollars somehow vanished. In short, a good deal for 800....not worth anymore than that.
