  • I found a broken toenail in the bed. That tops the disgust factor. However, there's more to complain about, and them having renovatedthe rooms is great but why cut corners on the basic stuff? No coffee in the lobby even during the mornings. You have a mediocre coffee maker in the room. No safe deposit boxes in the rooms (you have to leave valuables with the front desk, yeah right). We left for the day and at 4pm the room still was not cleaned. The hallways smell like rotten fish and cheap air freshner spray. Bathroom has no towel racks or hooks. We hung towels over the door. So hygenic. I don't use their toiletry products but there was a used lotion bottle half empty with the safety seal lazily put back on it. Nice try! The wifi has easy access (no log in required) which is great but the connection is poor as hell. Iphone users should forget about iMessaging anyone. Breakfast (and coffee) is a la carte FYI. Front desk staff, kinda rude. Other staff, super sweet. I know they say you get what you pay for but man, HoJo never disappointed like this place did.
