Ugh just checking in with chantal is so frustrating. First time I ever had to argue with a hotel employee, and last stay here unless I'm desperate for a free room. Will take business elsewhere. It doesn't help that the sportsbook doesn't do points or free drinks. But that's fine, this however is ridiculous. I don't want to check-in and argue with someone that's supposed to be knowledgeable and helpful. One thing that the sls and rio has right is the front desk services. Way above and beyond, more so than mgm hotels including bellagio/aria. Never take them for granted. Lesson learned. Construction is still going on btw, even though the ads made it sound like it's done. Even when it is, I'm not interested and don't think this can be fixed because I don't recall ever getting a post-stay survey. Guess they don't care as much as most other hotels.
