  • Went for my appointment and actually got in ahead of scheduled time--when was the last time that happened for a medical appointment?? The whole staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Burns put me at ease and couldn't have made the whole experience any better. She was thorough, patient and most informative. I asked a lot of questions and she patiently answered every one clearly and thoughtfully. I'm so used to getting the bum's rush at medical appointments, as if you are keeping the doctor from getting to the next patient. Dr. Burns left me feeling like I was the only patient of the day, which was a great feeling. They got my info to the State of AZ that same day, and the first thing the next AM I rec'd an e-mail from the government that I had been approved. After hearing tales that it could take up to three weeks to receive my card, I was greatly pleased that it actually came exactly 7 days after my office visit. I couldn't recommend this practice any more enthusiastically. P.S. This review is for the office in Scottsdale on McDowell.
